To this end, Neil will be having a 'Meet and Greet' event at Upper Gornal Conservative Club, 46 Hill St, Dudley DY3 2DF, on April 20th at 7.30pm. Neil will introduce himself and answer any questions that the residents have. Also Present will be Councillor Patrick Harley, Group Leader for the Conservatives in Dudley.
